BILLING POLICY
Our app offers three subscription plans - Weekly, Monthly and Annual - for users to
access ChatGPT features. All subscription plans are non-refundable and billed in
advance. Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans anytime as per their
requirement.
New users can avail themselves of a free trial period without providing any payment
information. Once the trial period ends, users must select a subscription plan to
continue using the app's features.
All payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store, and we do not access
users' credit card information. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each
billing cycle, and users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time via the
Apple App Store settings.
Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime via the Apple App Store settings, and
cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. However, we do not
offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our subscription plans at any time. In case
of any price changes, we will notify users in advance via email or in-app notiļ¬cations.
Users can either accept the new pricing or cancel their subscription before the change
takes effect.
Applicable taxes, such as sales taxes or value-added taxes (VAT), will be added to the
subscription price, as required by law.
